- Dowload ViperOS v3.1.1 zip file put in to sdcard/ extsdcard

- Download Gapps 7.1 nano/ pico and put in to sdcard/ extsdcard

- Boot to custom recovery mode exp. TWRP

- Wipe data all (dalvik, cache, system and data)

- Install/ Flash ROM zip file first and reboot.

- Install/ Flash Gapps file and reboot.

- Enjoy the Viper os rom
